Your $5 payment is a refundable deposit that reserves your spot as a Founding Member. This deposit:
Secures 25% off your first policy at launch. Grants early access before public availability. Will be credited toward your first policy purchase. Is fully refundable at any time upon request.
Important: Your deposit does not constitute the purchase of an insurance policy. No coverage, protection, or insurance benefits are provided until you separately purchase an actual policy after our official launch.
By placing a deposit, you are reserving early access pricing only. You are under no obligation to purchase a policy.
You may request a full refund of your $5 deposit at any time, for any reason, no questions asked.

We anticipate launching policies in Q2 2026. This timeline is an estimate and subject to change.
If ProtectMySeats LLC does not launch or is unable to offer policies, all deposits will be automatically refunded in full.

ProtectMySeats LLC's liability is limited to the refund of your $5 deposit. We make no guarantees regarding launch timing, final pricing, coverage terms, or availability of policies in your state.
